-INGREDIENTS-
2 Handfuls of Fresh Spinach
1/4 Multi-Colored Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
1 C. Black Bean (rinsed and drained)
3 Mini Cucumbers (sliced)
1/4 C. Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/2 C. Minis Sweet Pepper Rings (chopped)
2 C. Vegetable Slaw
1 C. Ronzoni Pastina
1 Bottle of Panera Bread Poppyseed Dressing
-INSTRUCTIONS-
-HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SUMMER SALAD-
Begin by boiling Ronzoni Pastina according to package.
Next, wash and drain black beans, chop peppers, slice cucumber and tomatoes.
Finally add all ingredients in a large serving bowl, add dressing and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
Serve in individual serving cups or bowls.
Eat and enjoy!










-YOU SHOULD TRY THIS-
Try adding sweet corn to this mix. Sweet corn brings an additional sweetness and crunch. You can also add feta cheese for a salty, rich flavor. Pine nuts would be an amazing addition too!
