The perfect spin on the traditional peanut butter cookie, these are dense, creamy, melt in your mouth, flavorful, goodness. A combination of 4 simple ingredients; JIF Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread and Honey, Granulated Sugar, Large Egg and Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Baking Chips.

A quick easy way to make 20 cookies. With only a few ingredients these come together in a flash. So simple and delicious.

-INGREDIENTS-
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Honey Peanut Butter
1 Large Egg
1/4 C. Butterscotch Chips
-INSTRUCTIONS-
-HOW TO MAKE HONEY PEANUT BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat until well mixed.
After all ingredients are blended, then fold in butterscotch chips.
Using a melon baller (or spoon), form dough into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. (I used a baking stone. You can also use a baking sheet or baking sheet with wax paper for easy clean-up.)
Press down balls, using a fork to create the “classic” crisscross peanut butter cookie top look (see picture below for example).
Place in oven for 9-11 minutes.
Allow 3-5 minutes to cool.
Sprinkle with sugar or garnish with candies, such as peanut butter M&M’s or Reese Pieces.
Eat and enjoy!
